I prefer the newer front end treatment and I think they updated the transmissions from 5 to 8 speed so I’d go with the top one, even though I prefer the brown over the red interior.

I like the newer face.  When I saw one at the dealer, with a custom stitched interior, I thought I could actually see myself in one.

The 2016 has the ZF8 tr ansmission.  That transmission makes the car.  Me personally I wouldn’t consider the ‘14 because of the ancient 5-speed.

SRTs have adjustable dampers and beefier brakes.  Though I agree with you on the lease thing.

The scat pack looks like 360HP 5.7 hemi or is it not? so moar power from the 470Hp 6.4 is always better becuase Murrica!

If not, whatever 7: 07 said. You can also get Daytona with the same engine.So many choices!

I mean even the MPG penalty is only 1.

Scat pack has the 6.4, just like the SRT. Scat pack is an SRT “lite” if you will. Same engine, just fewer performance parts.

Scat Packs get the bigger motor, just not any of the other supporting mods.   So to me they are perfect.

I am aware what the Scat pack is but wasn’t sure if it comes with just the 6.4 or if there’s a 5.7 version. I know the Daytona for example, comes with both.

Color wins for me, especially since it’s the updated interior (I think) in the 2014 as well. Realistically, though, I should still prefer the ‘16. I’ll just wrap it. Ha.

Thinking about a Charger for my next car. I had this Scat Pack for a week back in 2016, and besides the ballsy exhaust I loved the Plum Crazy color. It’s a tossup between it and B5 Blue though.

I think this and the Daytona even with the 5.7 hemi are pretty cool a nd are great fun dad cars b ut have never been a ble to consider them seriously because of several reason s

* I have only driven the v6 rental specs. Maybe i havr to drive the 6.4 and i wont think with my head but just fall in love.

* They’re heavy and mpgs are terrible even with the cylinder deactivation

* I’d spend a small fortune on tires and brakes

* St ill apprehensive about fca reliability which is why i might even consider a chevy ss despite similar shortcomings and that fact it is more sleeper than bruiser.

T h e 5 . 7 i s p e r f e c t l y a d e q u a t e f o r m e , b u t I j u s t d o n ’ t like the front end on the R/T. The SRT front clip looks much better imho. And the Scat P a c k h as that great sounding exhaust.
